1. Return Notification:

2. Return Requirements:
The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. It must include all labels, manuals and accessories that came with the product.
3. Refund:
The refund will be made in cash, deducting 8% of the total cost of the product. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund processing time may vary between 3 and 5 business days.
4. Exceptions:
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened or damaged. Returns will not be accepted for perishable or personal care products. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been purchased on special promotions or with discounts.
